One of the ways to connect a flash drive to a car radio is a transmitter, which is essentially nothing more than a limited-range radio transmitter operating in the FM band. The transmission frequency of the specified device can be fixed or configurable.

Instructions
Step 1
The priority in choosing a transmitter is its low cost compared to MP-3 car radios. A wide range of these devices is presented on the shelves of trading organizations, but most of them combine such characteristics as:
- tuning to any frequency of the FM range (87, 7-89, 1 and 096, 7-107, 9 MHz), - hinged design that allows the transmitter to be connected to any cigarette lighter socket, wherever it is located in the car;
- the presence of a miniJakc connector for connecting headphones, a CD- or MP3-player, musical compositions from which can be listened to through the acoustics of the car interior;
- equipping with a universal USB slot for connecting a flash drive of any size of memory or other media.
Step 2
In order to connect the transmitter to the sound reproduction device of the car's on-board network, you must remove the cigarette lighter from the socket and insert the transmitter there. Then turn on the car radio and adjust the frequency in it to receive a signal from the equipment in question.
Step 3
After connecting the flash drive to the transmitter, the device itself scans the media for the presence of multimedia files in it and starts playing them in order. To switch to another musical composition, there are two keys, by pressing one of them, you can listen to the next or previous track.
