It is necessary

  • - car audio amplifier
  • - installation kit of wires
  • - drill or screwdriver
  • - screwdriver
  • - side cutters
  • - electrical tape
  • - tester or dial tone

Instructions

Step 1

Select a place for the amplifier in the trunk. If the trunk is small, you can attach the amplifier to the rear seat backrest. You can cut a special niche in the back, cover it with fabric and attach the amplifier to the back with self-tapping screws.

Step 2

The positive wire (thick, red) runs from the amplifier to the + 12V battery. The black wire (sometimes brown) from the amplifier is drilled for a bolt anywhere on the metal body of the car. Disassemble the vehicle sills. The power on and off wire of the amplifier stretches to the head unit (radio tape recorder) along the thresholds on the left side under the torpedo and to the radio tape recorder. The radio tape recorder is pulled out. On the radio, the wire from the amplifier must be connected to the wire on which a plus appears when the radio is turned on (blue or blue with a white stripe).

Step 3

High-frequency wires ("tulips") run from the amplifier to the radio tape recorder. These wires carry the signal from the radio to the amplifier, and the amplifier amplifies and enhances the received signal and transmits it to the speakers. There are wires from the amplifier to the speakers: 1 double wire to each speaker. Connect the wires to the amplifier according to the diagram attached to the amplifier. If the polarity of the wires is reversed, the sound quality will deteriorate.
