Replacing the heater with a VAZ-2114 is carried out if leaks from the radiator are found. Fortunately, the procedure does not take long as there is no need to completely disassemble the panel. It is enough to partially disassemble it.

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare your vehicle for repairs. To do this, you will need to disconnect the battery and drain the coolant from the system. Do not forget to open the stove tap so that all the liquid comes out, and as little as possible remains in the tubes. First, remove the engine protection so that the liquid can drain without problems into the container placed underneath. Unscrew the plug on the radiator, and by unscrewing the expansion tank cap, adjust the pressure. After emptying, close the drain hole and the expansion tank plug. Unscrew the plug on the engine block and screw in a simple metal braided water hose instead. Such hoses are used to connect mixers.
Step 2
Go to the salon, you will need to partially remove the panel. The manufacturer recommends removing it completely, but, as practice has shown, it is not at all necessary to do this. It is enough only to have an assistant. First, dismantle the glove compartment and unscrew the shelf, then remove the plug, which is located at the passenger door. Under it you will see a bolt that secures the panel to the body. Unscrew it so that you can slightly bend the right edge of the panel. Remove the plastic tape deck. It also contains an ashtray, regulators, air ducts. Unscrew the self-tapping screws that secure this panel to the body and elements of the vaporizer.
Step 3
Move aside the right side of the panel, you need to substitute something under it so that the panel is at some distance from the body. Check if the part in which the glove compartment was located is free to move. If something is holding it, then you missed one or more screws. Use a short screwdriver to remove the cover from the radiator compartment. Using the same screwdriver, loosen the clamps that tighten the nipples. Assess the condition of the pipes and clamps, it is quite possible that they should be replaced. When loosening the clamps, it is best to place a container under the radiator, as coolant may remain in the system. It will be a shame if it is absorbed into the carpet and smells for a long time.
Step 4
Have a second person swing the panel up to make way for the radiator to be removed. Only without fanaticism, otherwise you can break the plastic parts of the steam. Pull out the old radiator, and put the new one according to the same principle. Connect the pipes and assemble the panel, after which it remains only to fill the cooling system with liquid and get rid of air congestion.
