Step 1
Weigh the pros and cons of the advisability of installing an air conditioner in your car. After all, it consumes quite a lot of energy from the car generator. In addition, the energy of the engine is consumed, and some cars are not very powerful. Therefore, first think about whether it is worth spending your time, effort and money on buying an air conditioner, because without additional modifications, in some cases, it can quickly disable your car.

Choose an air conditioner kit if you are confident that your car will work well with it. As a rule, such a kit includes the air conditioner itself and additional parts that are required for its installation. Currently, in car dealerships and car markets, you can find a huge selection of such sets.

Remember, you should not install an air conditioner from another car brand in your car, because in this case you will need to make a number of independent improvements. And the kits already contain everything you need to install without any major alterations. This means you will not need to cook or remodel your body.
Step 4
Choose in advance the place where you will do the installation. A closed garage with normal lighting is perfect for this. You will also need tools and a small hand-held light to better see hard-to-reach areas. Put the parking brake on the car, and then remove the negative terminal of the battery. Next, dismantle the car dashboard, as well as the steering wheel.

Read carefully the instructions for installing the air conditioner. The integration process itself is described in great detail. It is better to start the installation by mounting the compressor, fan and freon cooling system. Also note that you will have to cut open the standard stove so that you can install the cooling radiator directly behind the fan.
