Step 3
You arrive at the appointed date and time, or better, a little with a margin. Find the window where vehicles are registered with a preliminary registration on the Internet. Submit there pre-prepared documents: vehicle passport, purchase and sale agreement, OSAGO policy and your civil passport. After checking the documents, follow with the car to the vehicle inspection site and give the pre-printed application for registration of the vehicle.
