Step 1
To get started, conclude a contract for the sale of a car. Step 2
After the transfer of funds, sign the purchase and sale agreement. The seller must do the same. Leave two copies of the document for yourself, and the third should be taken by the former owner of the car.

After the purchase, contact the insurance company to issue an MTPL insurance policy for the purchased car.

Then pay the state fee to register the car. Save the receipt as well as other documents.

With the documents that you have in your hands, go to the district traffic police to register your new car. There, write the required application, a sample of which you will be given. The traffic police officer will check the license plates of the car, and if there are no claims, they will put a mark on your application about the inspection.
Step 6
Then go to the registration window. You must have: a driver's license, a sales contract, a receipt for payment of the state duty, an OSAGO insurance policy, an application with a traffic police mark, a vehicle passport. The employee, after checking your documents, will give you a vehicle registration certificate and registration plates.
