Remember, in order to have a chance to return your driver's license after the trial, you yourself need to collect the maximum amount of evidence of your innocence at the time of the violation. It is imperative to fix that the sign, markings or traffic lights are simply not visible due to various reasons (worn out, covered by trees, burned out bulbs, etc.).

Pay special attention to such "assistants" as illegal actions of road service inspectors (if they were in your opinion), non-compliance with the requirements of the Code of Administrative Offenses, especially when drawing up a protocol (incorrect scheme, incorrect data of witnesses, etc.), as well as the correctness of the qualification of the violation. If at the place where you were stopped and deprived of your rights it seems to you that the protocol was drawn up incorrectly, do not sign it. Or write that you disagree with the charges.

Keep a camera and a voice recorder in your car, just in case. They will become your best assistants in the return of the selected rights. State all these arguments in detail and calmly in court. The ideal option would be to have witnesses to help you prove that you need to return your driver's license. Attach all the evidence you have during the trial, and then there will be a good enough chance that the rights will be given to you immediately after the trial.

Also, do not forget that if the magistrate still made a decision not in your favor, this does not mean at all that you can say goodbye to your certificate for a year or two. By law, you can appeal to a higher court within 10 days of the date of the decision.
