Step 1

For repeated violation of the rules for crossing railways, they will be deprived of their rights for 1 year.

Step 2

For a period from 1 to 1, 5 years, they are deprived of the rights for illegal installation of special signals or painting a car for a special service car, for refusing to be examined for alcohol intoxication, for leaving the scene of an accident, for using alcohol or drugs after an accident. For a period of 1, 5 to 2 years, they will be deprived for illegal use of special signals, for driving in a drunken state and for transferring control to a drunk driver. For a repeated case of drunk driving or the transfer of control to a drunk driver, deprivation is provided for up to 3 years.

Step 3

Only a court can revoke a driver's license. The period of deprivation begins 10 days after the entry into force of the court decision. Ten days are given to appeal the court decision. In certain situations, the period of deprivation begins not after 10 days, but much later. If the judgment is contested in higher courts, then the period of deprivation will begin from the moment the decision of the last court enters into force. Until this moment, the driver has the right to drive a car with a temporary permit. A temporary permit is issued for 2 months. It can be extended for 1 month periods before the end of the court proceedings.

If at the time of the revocation of the driver's license, the driver did not have his license with him, he will be obliged to hand it over within 3 working days after the entry into force of the court decision. Otherwise, the period of deprivation will begin to count from the moment the driver's license is handed over.

Step 5

Knowing all the nuances described, you can easily calculate the return date of your driver's license. Please note that if the return date falls on a non-business day, follow them on the next business day after the return date. If the disenfranchised driver did not take a copy of the order in court, the calculation of the return date must start from the date of receipt of the order.

To return a driver's license, you need a civil passport and an unexpired medical certificate. Contact the traffic police at the place of deprivation of a driver's license.
