Apply with these documents to the traffic police department at the place of your registration. Write an application for the return of rights, put the date of writing, as well as your personal signature.

Attach the collected documents to the application. Remember that you will have to stand in line while waiting for you to be received by a traffic police specialist. For this reason, it is better to come there early in the morning, by the time of opening. The only positive point is the fact that the queue advances more quickly than with the initial receipt of a certificate for the right to drive a car. This is due to the absence of the need to pass theoretical and practical exams, as well as to confirm your professional level. If you are required to pass such exams, be aware that this requirement is illegal.
Step 5
For the return of a driver's license, you should also not be required to pay a monetary fine, since the fact of deprivation is already a punishment for violating traffic rules.
