In March 2010, a recycling program for old cars was launched in our country, according to which any car owner can change his old car for a new one, having received from the state, represented by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, financial assistance in the amount of 50,000 rubles.
It is necessary
- - passport or other identity document;
- - vehicle passport (PTS) or a document replacing it;
- - a power of attorney by which a dealer or a utilizer will be able to remove a car from the traffic police register. It is not required if you yourself wish to do this.
Instructions
Step 1
To dispose of an old car, it is necessary that it meets certain criteria, namely: - age - at least 10 years; - weight - no more than 3500 kilograms; - time of ownership - at least 1 year; - complete equipment and working condition.
Step 2
To exchange your old car for a new one as part of a scrappage program, first bring it to your dealer yourself.
Step 3
On the website of the Ministry of Industry and Trade https://www.minpromtorg.gov.ru/ find a recycling form and print it.
Step 4
Issue a power of attorney with the dealer, according to which he can remove the car from the register, dispose of, etc.
Step 5
Make a disposal agreement with your dealer.
Step 6
Pay the state fee of 3000 rubles.
Step 7
Pick up a new car from your dealer.
Step 8
After scrapping and completing the relevant documents, complete the purchase of a new car, for which you will receive a discount of 50,000 rubles.
Step 9
As part of the recycling program, you can exchange an old car for a new one, but only if it was assembled in Russia. These include: all TagAZ cars, Sollers, all VAZ cars, Chevrolet Cruze, Chevrolet Niva, all UAZ and GAZ models, IZH-2717, Fiat Albea, Fiat Doblo, Fiat Ducato, Ford Focus, Kia Spectra, Renault Logan, Skoda Fabia, Skoda Octavia, as well as Hyundai Sonata and Hyundai Accent.
