In addition to the main units, without which the car will not be able to budge, there are several equally important additional devices. Take GPS, Bluetooth for the radio and Bluetooth for the phone, for example. It is worth figuring out how to connect them correctly.

Instructions
Step 1
Install Bluetooth for your stereo system. Turn on Bluetooth on your MP3 player or mobile phone. It can always be present in the car, but should be disabled by default on devices to save battery power.
Step 2
Open the menu on your cell phone or MP3 player and find Find New Devices. Choose your stereo from the applications that are offered there.
Step 3
Enter the "Pairing Code" for the stereo system into the device. In most cases, you will find this code in the car manual. If you don't know the code, try using combinations 1234 or 1122.
Step 4
Try playing the song when the device indicates it is working with your stereo. If it doesn't work, try steps 2 and 4 again.
Step 5
Install GPS. Follow the instructions for your specific brand of device to properly install it on your car dashboard. Connect the power cable to the GPS device according to its input wattage and connect the other end of the cable to the cigarette lighter socket.
Step 6
Attach the patch cord to output audio from the GPS device. Connect the other end to the auxiliary input on your car stereo. The audio output should work if you find an open frequency. This can be problematic outside the city limits.
Step 7
Install the Bluetooth function for your phone in your car. Go to its menu. It is usually located under the settings window. Select "search for new devices". Select the required functions for the vehicle from the list provided. The phone recognizes all Bluetooth devices in its range.
Step 8
Enter the "pair code" of the car stereo into your mobile phone when needed. This is usually located in the car manual, or on a sticker hanging over the stereo system. Check the operation of all installed accessories on the vehicle.
