Instructions
Step 1
It is not difficult to deactivate the seat belt warning signal. To do this, sit in the driver's seat.
Step 2
Put the car on the parking brake (handbrake).
Step 3
Be sure to check if the car has an additional non-standard burglar alarm with the function of automatic door locking when the ignition is turned on. If present, before performing operations to turn off the signal, it is necessary to disable this function.
Step 4
Turn on the ignition, but do not start the car. It is important to remember that these actions must be carried out within 60 seconds. Otherwise, you will have to repeat them to achieve a successful result.
Step 5
Fasten and unfasten your seat belt 8 times. At the same time, press and release the red belt lock switch all the way, until it stops.
Step 6
Fasten your seat belt for the 9th time and start the car without unfastening it.
Step 7
Unfasten your seat belt. After the performed operations, the control indicator of the unfastened seat belt on the instrument panel should light up and go out.
Step 8
Switch off the ignition. The above method of disabling the seat belt signal disables it permanently. You can turn on the signal about not wearing a seat belt by performing the same operations according to the specified algorithm.
