A car alarm is an electronic device installed on a vehicle and designed to prevent it from stealing or stealing parts, auto components and things in it.
It is necessary
- - instruction;
- - key fob from the alarm.
The device consists of a main unit, antenna (transceiver), shock sensor, key fob, service button and LED indicator. Tomahawk alarms are very popular among motorists, which combine a lot of technical and functional capabilities along with a low price.
Each Tomahawk model comes with detailed instructions for using this electronic device, which detail how to turn off the alarm. If the instruction is lost or it is simply not there, then to turn off the alarm, press the second button on the key fob to it (there are 2 buttons and an LED indicator in total) once. To quietly turn off the security, press button No. 1 on the key fob once and immediately button No. 2. After that, the parking lights will blink twice, the doors will open and the LED will go out.
If the battery in the key fob runs out or you lose it, there is an emergency shutdown of the car alarm. To do this, get in the car and close the doors. Switch the ignition off / on the number of times equal to your PIN-code, and the interval between switching on / off must be less than 1 second.
Wait 30 seconds, the system will automatically disarm the system. This method of emergency shutdown of car alarms is suitable for older Tomahawk models.
For newer modifications of this electronic device, emergency shutdown is performed by the following actions: turn off the engine.
Switch on the ignition and press the Override button 4 times. Then turn off the ignition.
The parking lights will flash twice, the siren will emit 2 beeps, thereby confirming the disarming.
