Tough laws have been in place in Europe for a long time. For parking in the wrong place, you have to pay large fines. The indigenous people will never dare to leave their car where they have to. Most of the offenders are tourists. In the Russian Federation, the punishment has been increased quite recently. Since July 1, 2012, amendments have been made to the Code of Administrative Offenses.
Since July 1, 2012, fines for parking in the wrong place have increased several times. This measure is aimed at eliminating congestion and preventing emergencies. Recently, the car park in the Russian Federation has expanded many times. Banks are willing to provide loans to citizens for the purchase of cars. Congestion and traffic jams are not only the fate of federal cities. The situation is the same in provincial cities.
Until July 1, 2012, fines for parking in the wrong place were purely symbolic. Currently, the amendments to the Administrative Code have radically changed the situation. One thousand rubles will be charged for parking at bus stops or within a radius of 15 meters. A stop on tram lines will cost the driver 1,500 rubles.
If the driver does not follow signs or markings prohibiting stopping, he will have to pay 1,500 rubles. If this creates an obstacle to the promotion of other cars, the fine will be 2,000 rubles.
The size of the fine for stopping or driving along the lane intended for the movement of fixed-route taxis and buses has been changed. From July 1, you will have to pay 1,500 rubles for a violation.
In megacities, the size of fines differs significantly from regions. For any of the above violations, the driver will pay 3000 rubles.
Until now, the evacuation of vehicles that impede traffic and the first day of storage in a parking lot have been carried out at the expense of regional budgets. From July 1, the driver will have to pay all expenses out of his own pocket. The amount charged for transportation and storage will be set independently by each constituent entity of the Russian Federation.
In addition, the changes made to the Code of Administrative Offenses provide for a ban on the operation of vehicles with tinted front and side windows. For non-observance of the rules, rooms will be removed and fined. It will be possible to get the numbers only after the cause has been eliminated, that is, the driver will have to remove the tint.
