You can transfer the right to drive a car to another person by issuing a power of attorney. Step 1
If you want to issue a power of attorney for the right to drive a car for another person, purchase a special form. Such a power of attorney has all the necessary fields to fill out. The power of attorney is filled in only by the owner of the car.
Step 2
You can write a power of attorney either by hand or typed on a computer. At the top in the middle of the small sheet, write: "Power of attorney for the right to drive a vehicle." Put the city and date of filling below.
Step 3
On the next line, the owner of the car writes: “I, full name, full name, residing at the address city, street, apartment building, passport series and number, by whom and when issued. I trust the full name (the person to whom the vehicle is trusted), the passport series and number, by whom and when issued, the address of residence, manage and use the vehicle belonging to me in my absence, monitor its technical condition and be my representative in the traffic police without the right of assignment and sale of the specified vehicle.
Step 4
In the next line, indicate the data contained in the TCP and the vehicle registration certificate. Write: "Vehicle (make, model), year of manufacture."
Step 5
Next, indicate the Vin identification number, engine number, body number, chassis number (if any), body color, state registration plate (car number). This data is taken from the vehicle's passport.
Step 6
Indicate the PTS data - series and number, by whom and when issued. Next, indicate the data of the certificate of registration of the vehicle.
Step 7
Write below: "The power of attorney is issued for a period of (month, year, three years at your discretion)." At the end, add the date and fillings and sign. Only the owner of the car should sign and the signature must match the one indicated in the title.
