Almost half a century has passed since the first car with a gasoline injection system rolled off the assembly line. Today there are ten times more of such machines than carburetor ones. The ability to correctly set the ignition on the injector is useful to many motorists.

Instructions
Step 1
The injector of the car is controlled by the electronics, which is subordinate to the on-board computer of the car. Monitor the connection of system components. Switch on the ignition and ground and test. At this moment, the electric pump should turn on and pump gasoline. If this does not happen, check the serviceability of the relay that controls the operation of the electric pump.
Step 2
If the malfunction light on the front of the vehicle is flashing, diagnose. To check, use the on-board computer and a personal connected to it with the installed profile software. Examine all the parameters of the car that you have access to.
Step 3
Proceed to starting the vehicle if no engine malfunctions are found at this stage. Check the throttle device. Visually inspect the condition of the TP sensor and wires. Turn on the ignition, check the voltage of the sensor and the onboard network with a tester. Check the throttle opening degree.
Step 4
Compare your results with the benchmarks. Remember that the normal voltage of the sensor is in the range of 0.45 - 0.55 volts. The voltage of the on-board network must be higher than twelve volts, and the degree of opening of the throttle must not exceed one percent. Adjust the throttle actuator to fully close the throttle.
Step 5
Press the accelerator pedal all the way down and repeat the measurements. In this position, the sensor voltage should be about four and a half volts, and the throttle opening degree should be at least ninety percent. Adjust the throttle to full open.
Step 6
Disconnect the auxiliary airflow regulator. Set the throttle to half opening for air supply when starting a warm engine lightly. Adjust the throttle actuator to close the hole completely.
