The development of this miracle device began after studying the works of the inventor from Ukraine F. I. Svintitsky. This man in 1998 received a patent for an engine capable of "jumping over a dead center".

Later, the Russian scientist Svintitsky took as a basis the well-known model of the German inventor Wankel, although this German could not fully cope with the problem of the "360-degree". To overcome the so-called "dead point", the Russian inventor quickly connected a lithium battery at the required moment. Since the battery energy was spent only at the moment of starting, that is, 2-3 minutes, and the rest of the time the wheel could spin by itself until the energy ran out, this technology was extremely economical and efficient.

Svintitsky quickly received a Russian patent No. 2086784 for his invention, but the matter did not progress further. His miracle wheel was not only not allowed for production, but even refused to be placed at various technological and scientific exhibitions. And the author himself was ranked among the pseudo-scientists. Whether this is due to the so-called "oil conspiracy", attacks by capitalists or the struggle of competitors, the fact remains that the technology did not pass not only to the world, but also to the Russian market.

The year 2003 was marked by the appearance of the EV-X7 "Sumo" electric motorcycle at a major Japanese exhibition. The technique immediately caused an unprecedented excitement: its gasoline brothers were outnumbered by it in efficiency and economy as much as 8 times! And all because an ordinary magnetic field served as the "fuel" for this unusual apparatus. And it was the developments of Sventitsky and Wankel that served as the basis for the motor of this motorcycle.

The idea was immediately taken up by the larger company Minato. They have refined and greatly improved the EV-X7. Now the main motor was located in the rear wheel, and in the front there was an electric installation with a battery, which gave the engine a kind of "start". The main feature of this electric motorcycle, in addition to environmental friendliness and economy, was its noiselessness.

On the charge of one battery, very small in weight and in its dimensions, an electric motorcycle was able to travel more than two hundred kilometers at a decent speed - up to one hundred and forty km / h. Development was carried out under the control of Axle Corporation and the patronage of Honda, and another corporation, Toyota, showed interest in this type of motorcycle. The presentation caused a huge excitement and interest, but, oddly enough, it was all over: since 2007, no one else has heard anything about Sumo

In 2012, journalist Benjamin Fulford came to an incredible conclusion with his own investigation. It turns out that the US and Israeli governments were not interested in promoting an alternative source of energy, so they began to threaten the Japanese leadership, which banned the further promotion of this apparatus.

Believe this investigation or not, everyone decides for himself. But the fact remains: clean energy sources are not of interest to capitalists, and therefore they will prevent their appearance on the market.
