Regardless of the body type, Hyundai Solaris is offered with two petrol engines. The first is a 1.4-liter, delivering 107 horsepower and 135 Nm of peak torque. The second is a 1.6-liter, the output of which is 123 horsepower and 155 Nm. Both motors are mated to a 5-speed manual transmission or a 4-band automatic transmission.
The front suspension on Hyundai Solaris is independent, such as McPherson with springs and anti-roll bars, and the rear is semi-independent, spring, with shock absorbers. The front brakes on the car are disc, and the disc diameter is 256 mm. Depending on the modification, either 262 mm discs or 203 mm drums are used on the rear wheels.

But the main feature of the South Korean model is its price: for the basic configuration in Russia they ask from 453,900 rubles, the most expensive version with a 123-horsepower engine and manual gearbox costs from 568,900 rubles, and the top version with automatic gearbox - from 688,900 rubles.
