Step 1
Take paperwork for the new engine, including help, invoice and technical documentation. Contact your traffic police department at the place of registration of the car. Fill out an application to replace the engine in your car. It is necessary to obtain a resolution on this statement that the traffic police will send you to a certified diagnostic center for the examination of a new unit.
Step 2
You arrive at the diagnostic center with a new engine already installed, an application and documents from the service station. The service station must pre-mount the engine in your car. The result of this trip should be a conclusion about the compliance of your car with the current standards. A conclusion is a diagnostic card in which it will be written that the car meets all the requirements, including the requirements for traffic safety, and is fit for use.
Step 3
Go with all these documents to the MREO at the place of registration and go to the inspection site. Then go through the usual procedure for re-registering the vehicle.
