It is only necessary to charge the battery outside the vehicle when it is completely discharged, which often happens in winter. And in cold weather, the charging process becomes somewhat more complicated. Therefore, it is necessary to follow some rules for charging the battery during the cold season.
Necessary
A charger that matches your battery specifications, wide flat blade screwdriver
Instructions
Step 1
Before charging, the battery must be removed from frost and brought into a warm room for one or two hours.
Step 2
Wipe the battery terminals clean. Then, using a flat wide screwdriver, unscrew the plugs that close the "banks" of the battery.
Step 3
Connect the battery terminals to the corresponding contacts on the charger. First, connect the "plus" of the battery with the "plus" of the charger, and after the "minus" of the battery with the "minus" of the charger.
Step 4
Plug the charger into the mains.
Step 5
After the battery is charged, you must first turn off the charger, and then remove the contacts from the battery, starting with "minus".
