Every car enthusiast knows what it means to get stuck in the mud or get stuck in the snow - the car is not always able to get out of such a trap on its own. In this situation, in order not to call a tug, you need to learn how to get out of the trap yourself. There are not many such techniques, but they are designed for different situations that a driver can get into, and most importantly, they are quite simple.
In winter, of course, the most important thing is to change your tires for winter ones. Summer tires are out of the question - it is simply dangerous to ride on them in winter. All-season tires do not provide the level of safety that you need to have when using a car during this difficult period of driving. A car on winter tires will be able to move on a slippery, snow-covered road much more reliably and safer, because such tires remain soft enough in winter and provide maximum grip. But even in this case, it happens that the car falls into a snowdrift, from which it cannot leave itself.
Then you need to provide her with a place for overclocking, at least a small one. To do this, you need to clear a little space in front and behind of the wheels. For such a case, it is good to stock up on a small spatula and a bag of sand. If you sprinkle this sand on the track under the wheels, it will be much easier for the car to accelerate and get out of the trap. If this is not enough, you can ask passers-by to help by pushing the car. Of course, in the absence of sand, you can use something at hand, such as branches or some solid debris.
If the car stalls in the mud, the main thing is not to accelerate. Otherwise, the car will dig even deeper into the hole. It is necessary, a little rocking the car, slowly try to go "tightly", while slightly turning the wheels in different directions. So the car will widen the track and leave the hole pretty soon. In severe cases, outside help will also not hurt, but if this is not enough, then the situation will be saved by a cable, which every motorist simply must have in the trunk. Then you can ask someone to pick up the stuck car to his own and help get out of the "trap".
The car can also get stuck in the sand. A jack can help here, with which you can raise the car and put boards under the wheels. It will definitely be easy for the car to get out of the sand along them. In addition, you can lower the wheel a little. This will increase the contact area of the wheels with the coating, which will help the driver to get his car out of the sand trap.
