Owners of KAMAZ vehicles sooner or later have many questions about installing a new engine. Dismantling and installation of the power plant is necessary for reasons of repair, failure. And the operation is complicated by the large weight of the unit. This volume of work cannot be performed without lifting mechanisms.

Instructions
Step 1
Remove the engine from the supports and install it on the KAMAZ vehicle using a lifting mechanism. As the latter, you can use a crane or winch. Fasten the rear engine mounts with the brackets. Screw the bolts into the holes and tighten them.
Step 2
Install the fan impeller with the four bolts. Connect the expansion tank to the radiator with a tube. Bring the upper radiator hose to the engine. Next, connect the cab heater tube to the power unit. Do not forget to put the upper radiator sleeve and tighten with a hose clamp. Connect the upper tank to the expander with a hose.
Step 3
Install the fan impeller with the four bolts. Connect the expansion tank to the radiator with a tube. Bring the upper radiator hose to the engine. Next, connect the cab heater tube to the power unit. Do not forget to put the upper radiator sleeve and tighten with a hose clamp. Connect the upper tank to the expander with a hose.
Step 4
Take two bolts and use them to secure the inlet to the water pump. Dock the fuel control pusher. Connect the low and high pressure oil lines to the power steering. Only then add oil to the required level.
Step 5
Reinstall fuel supply and drain lines. Connect the compressor and oil / moisture separator with air hoses. Install the air line to the pneumatic cylinder. Next, supply air to the clutch and pressure reducing valve. Reattach the air filter.
Step 6
Install the connectors and cables of the oil pressure, coolant temperature sensors. There should be two of them. Supply speedometer, reverse and alternator sensors. Don't forget the two pinned candles.
Step 7
Lift KAMAZ with a hoist and connect the engine crankcase and oil cooler with an oil line. Fill the engine with oil, antifreeze or antifreeze. Bleed the fuel system of the car with a manual priming pump.
Step 8
Lower the cab and cotter the locks. Lower the front trim panel and install the bumper. Connect the starter to the traction relay. Connect the CCGT hydraulic line and the clutch. Connect the turbine pipes. Dock the front of the intermediate axle propeller shaft to the transmission.
Step 9
Remove the lift and wiggle the clutch, remembering to check the fluid level. Put on the batteries and start the KAMAZ engine. Check the power package for oil and coolant leaks.
