If the power of the car engine begins to drop or it begins to smoke, the fuel consumption has increased, and the oil pressure has significantly decreased or increased, it's time to look in and check if everything is in order with the Gazelle engine. It is recommended to repair a car engine after a run of 150 thousand kilometers, because after passing such a run, the condition of the engine deteriorates noticeably.
It is necessary
- - spare parts;
- - instruments.
Instructions
Step 1
Before starting the repair work itself, prepare a place where it would be convenient to disassemble the engine, for example, it can be a garage or box. Remove the engine from the Gazelle, and then disassemble it, marking each part.
Step 2
Check every part of the disassembled motor for defects and damage. If you find out of order parts, replace the old ones with new ones.
Step 3
Start repair work by adjusting the fuel supply level. Then start adjusting the idle system, check the quality of the gas distribution system adjustment, and also pour out the settled fuel from the tank. If you suddenly find that the idle economizer is faulty, then connect the tube of the locking mechanism to the tube that is located on the second side of the carburetor.
Step 4
Engine repairs may require the elimination of cylinder malfunction problems. Sometimes it may even be necessary to replace the ignition distributor cap. If a breakdown is found, be sure to replace the high pressure wire.
Step 5
If a high concentration of exhaust gases is detected, tune the carburetor and adjust the ignition timing. If carbon deposits are suddenly found on the candles, replace the candles or adjust the gap between the electrodes.
Step 6
If the car has an increased fuel consumption, then start the engine repair by adjusting the carburetor. Only after proper adjustment proceed to check the air filter, and then to adjust the ignition.
Step 7
Take care of restoring the tightness of the gas tank and all wires. If it suddenly turns out that the chassis is faulty, set the optimal tire pressure.
