The Consumer Protection Law provides for several options when the buyer has the right to return to the market or store a product that does not like or is of poor quality, including auto parts.
It is necessary
Auto parts, receipt, packaging, own ID, witness testimony, consumer protection law in hard copy
Instructions
Step 1
Keep the original packaging of the auto parts. Without it, it will be difficult to return the goods.
Step 2
Observe the deadline within which the consumer has the right to return any product, even if it is not damaged and works perfectly. This period is two weeks from the date of purchase of spare parts for the car.
Step 3
Point out the consumer protection law to the seller. It is there that you can find an item about fifteen days, during which you have the right to return the product you did not like.
Step 4
Save and show your sales receipt, if any, to the seller. However, even if you did not receive a receipt when purchasing auto parts, this is not a good reason to refuse to accept the goods and return the money spent on it, especially in cases where the goods are returned due to poor quality.
Step 5
If the seller still refuses to pay damages or claims that the car parts were purchased elsewhere, use the testimony of a witness who can confirm the transaction. Such information will serve as an alternative to a check.
Step 6
Write an application for the return of the goods. It must be accompanied by either a copy of the check (the check itself) issued when buying auto parts, or the passport data of a person who is a witness to the transaction.
