Step 1

Provide a package of documents to the registration window, including: passport of the technical device; documents confirming the transfer of ownership (donation, certificate-account, notarized will); passport; a statement with a note about the passage of the inspection.

Step 7

Get a package of documents after processing and new state numbers from the registration department. The vehicle passport must contain information about the new owner.
