Enter your passport data, the seller's data (the previous owner according to the TCP) and the car data in it.
Step 2
After the transfer of money, both you and the seller put their signatures on the purchase and sale agreement, the previous owner of the car signs in the Title of the previous owner in the column "Signature of the previous owner". One copy of the agreement remains with each party.

The traffic police officer will check the numbered units and the body number with the numbers indicated in the TCP. If there are no claims, then in the application for registration you will receive a mark on the passage of the car inspection.
