Step 1
For work, prepare in advance a thin, sharp knife that has an end cutting surface. If there is no way to get it, then use an ordinary thin razor that has a strong handle. In addition to a razor, you will need a narrow stationery knife, as well as a surfactant solution. You can dilute the Fairy in a small container and pour all the liquid into the spray bottle.
Step 2
First, lower the side window halfway. From the upper end of the glass, you need to carefully pick up the tint film with a sharp blade. Pull gently on this corner. Be careful not to damage the film, otherwise you will have to tear it apart in pieces. It is recommended to rip off the film with a sharp, confident movement.
Step 3
In most cases, after removing the film, a layer of glue remains on the glass. Apply the diluted solution to the wrong spot. Wait for it to saturate the glue a little. Then use a razor to gently clean the glue off the glass. It is best to start at the top. Spray liquid on the surface periodically. It is highly discouraged to drive the blade over dry glass. You can remove them with the tip of a knife or by hand. Try not to move the blade on the glass, keeping it perpendicular to the surface. In this case, it can be easily scratched.
Step 4
Next, you need to walk along the edges of the glass with a narrow clerical knife. This will remove all film and glue residues from the edges. To prevent moisture from entering the inside of the door, a special seal is installed on it. If it is not there, then it is recommended to put a cloth that will prevent the soap solution from entering the door. Otherwise, various electrical damage may occur. Please note that soapy water can corrode the metal.
