Start practicing at first speed. Most bikers find this trick easier in a standing position, but you can find a position that is more comfortable for you. It depends on your height, weight, and muscle strength. The essence of the trick is to use your strength to raise the front wheel and balance with the motorcycle, not to fall. Start with 20-30 centimeters, gradually increasing the angle of rise.
