Step 1

Rebore the cylinders to the oversize pistons. Install a new piston group. This will increase the working volume of the cylinder, which in turn will give an increase in power without increasing the engine speed. This method of forcing makes sense only for new engines.

Step 2

Install boyesen type petal valves and raise the height of the bypass ports in relation to the outlet port. The effect is an increase in power at low revs, which allows the motorcycle to get under way easier, accelerate quickly, and move better in difficult conditions and under load.

Step 3

Waste the outlet window. At the same time, it will be in the open state for a longer time and will be able to pass more gases through itself. Maximum engine rpm will increase along with engine power by improving cylinder purge at high crankshaft rpm. But at low speeds, the power will decrease, since part of the fuel mixture will be burned inefficiently.

Step 4

Improve cylinder purge to make the previous boost method even more effective. To do this, widen the standard bypass ports and pierce the third purge channel. This will improve the filling of the cylinder, at high speeds the working mixture will not accumulate in the crankcase.

Step 5

Install a carburetor with a larger diffuser diameter. A wider diffuser will allow the carburetor to prepare a larger amount of the working mixture for the cylinder, which is extremely important for an uprated engine. If this modification is not carried out, a more powerful engine will not be able to reach its full potential, since it will constantly experience "starvation" - a lack of fuel mixture.

Step 6

Install the intake system resonator. At the same time, the tuning resonator should be able, after installation, to adjust its operation to certain revolutions, as a rule, close to maximum. This method will return part of the working mixture that has flown out of the cylinder into the exhaust port during purging back into the combustion chamber. And this, in turn, will also give a certain increase in power.
