Relations on the sale and purchase of trucks and cars are regulated by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The general purchase and sale provisions apply to such contracts. The law does not clearly stipulate the form of the car sales contract and the standard content can be changed at the discretion of the parties. In practice, there are various options for drawing up such an agreement.

Step 1
Usually civil law contracts consist of the following sections: "preamble", which indicates the name (seller, buyer) and details of the parties (full name, names of organizations, addresses, etc.); "Subject of the contract" - indicates the nature of the relationship between the parties to the contract, that is, the purchase and sale of a particular car (indicating the identifying data of the car). Then there are the sections: "Rights and obligations of the parties", "Responsibility of the parties for improper performance of obligations", "Settlement procedure", "Details of the parties", etc.
Step 2
You can draw up a contract differently. In the middle of the line, you write the name of the document: "Vehicle sale and purchase agreement No. …". On the next line, fill in the date and place of the contract.
Step 3
Next comes the main text. In paragraph 1, indicate: “we, the undersigned seller: name, date of birth, passport series… number…, address… and the buyer: (provide similar data), have entered into this car sale and purchase agreement (here be sure to state the following information about the subject of the agreement: identification number No.…, brand, body color, year of manufacture, vehicle passport, vehicle type and category, model, engine, registration plate (transit), car value”).
Step 4
In fulfillment of the requirements of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, to transfer the goods to the buyer not encumbered with the rights of third parties, in the second clause of the agreement, note: "before the conclusion of this agreement, the specified vehicle has not been mortgaged to anyone, has not been sold, is not under arrest."
Step 5
Make a note about familiarizing the buyer with the technical condition of the vehicle in paragraph 3: "the buyer is familiar with the technical condition of the vehicle and has no complaints." Place the signatures below the main text: yours and the buyer.
