The waybill of a car is an important document. First of all, it is a guarantee that the car is technically sound. It is also needed for a financial report by a state-owned enterprise and a private entrepreneur. According to the waybill, the operation of the car and, accordingly, fuel costs are traced, which further affects the amount of tax. Therefore, the work of filling out the waybill is entrusted to the dispatcher and mechanic.

Instructions

Step 1

The waybill is issued before the start of the working day or shift, as a rule, for the current day. On the form of the waybill in the upper left corner, the company stamp is put.

The waybill is assigned a series and number, the date of issue of the waybill is recorded (for example, January 06, 2008). This data is taken from the logbook for issuing waybills. In it, the driver must sign for receiving this particular sheet.

Step 2

The "Brand" column indicates the brand according to the TCP. Then the state number plate is recorded, the garage number is put (if any).

Next, write the surname (in full), name and patronymic (initials) of the driver, his personnel number (for state-owned enterprises). Below is the driver's license number, class.

In the "License card" column, the missing card (standard or limited) is crossed out, the data of the existing one is written: registration number, series and number.

Step 3

Under the line "The car is technically sound" indicates the speedometer reading at the time of the car's departure and its technical condition checked by a mechanic. After checking, he puts his signature, allowing the car to leave. The driver signs that he has accepted the car in good condition.

Step 4

The task is given in writing to the driver. It indicates the organization at whose disposal the car comes, the address of delivery. The dispatcher records the time of leaving the garage (hours, minutes), puts his signature and decrypts the signature. In the section "Fuel movement", the mechanic indicates the brand of fuel, its code, the amount of fuel dispensed according to the refueling sheet and the remainder after completing the task of the previous shift. At the end of the car's operation, the amount of remaining fuel is recorded in the column "Remaining fuel when returning".

Based on these data, the actual fuel consumption is calculated, which is recorded in the corresponding line. The mileage is considered the consumption at the rate. The difference between these two data is recorded in the “Savings” or “Overruns” column, respectively.

Step 5

The mechanic takes the car, notes the speedometer readings on the waybill when returning to the garage, puts his signature. The driver signs that the car has been handed over.

The front side is certified by the seal of the enterprise.

Step 6

On the reverse side of the waybill, the work during the shift is deciphered, which is confirmed by the signature of the person at whose disposal the car was given.

The final line calculates the number of hours in the order, the number of kilometers traveled.

The accountant of the enterprise makes the calculation of the driver's wages, puts his signature and decrypts the signature.
