Step 1
Agree with the buyer the price for which he wants to buy your car.
Check the documents for the car.
If both are satisfied with the agreed price, the contract is drawn up in simple written form. You can download the contract form on the Internet or take the form directly from specialized services at the traffic police. It is not necessary to certify it with a notary.
Step 2
If you want to protect yourself from possible misunderstandings that may arise when registering a vehicle, as well as when transferring it to a legal entity, draw up an agreement with a notary.
You will need a technical device passport and a personal passport. The contract form can be taken and filled in at the notary's office.
Step 3
In case of difficulties associated with determining the value of the car, or when selling it to a legal entity, before signing the purchase agreement, make its estimated value. The estimated cost, along with the contractual one, is entered into the contract.
