The legislation provides for two options for the lease of vehicles: with a crew and without the provision of driving services. In general, the execution of these contracts is carried out according to the same scheme.

Step 1
When drawing up a car rental agreement, first of all, indicate the name of the document, as well as the place and date of its preparation. In the water part of the agreement, indicate the name of legal entities or full name and passport data of individuals between whom the agreement is concluded. Write which of them is the "Tenant" and who is the "Landlord". If the contract is concluded by representatives, mark this and indicate on the basis of what they are acting on (Articles of Association, power of attorney No. _ from _). Step 2
Next, draw up the main text of the contract. Start with the first section "Subject matter of the contract". Clearly identify the car being leased, that is, its make, registration plate, identification number, year of manufacture, engine number, vehicle passport, registration certificate, chassis and body, if any. In the same section, explain who owns the ownership of the car, what additional equipment or documentation is transferred with it. Specify the rental period here. By law, the lessor has the right to require the lessee to use the car strictly for the purposes for which it was leased, therefore, state the purpose of the lease in the agreement (transportation of passengers, cargo, etc.).

In the second section - "Rights and obligations of the parties", secure the mutual obligations of the parties to the agreement in relation to the car and to each other. Indicate who should carry out current and major repairs, who will drive and technically operate the car (a lease agreement can be with or without a crew), bear the costs of maintaining crew members, insure the car and liability for damage caused in connection with its operation and etc. Determine here if the tenant can sublet the car. The procedure for transferring the car to the renter and back, fix in the section of the same name. The transfer of the car, as a rule, is carried out according to the act of acceptance and transfer. Draw it up in duplicate and sign either by the parties themselves or by their authorized representatives.
