Step 1
If you purchased a car during marriage, contact a notary with your husband and draw up a certificate of ownership of the spouses. Make sure that the data on your vehicle is entered on this certificate. According to the law, property acquired in marriage belongs to both spouses in equal shares, therefore, a certificate of ownership is sufficient for you to have the right to make all transactions with a car with the consent of your spouse.

Contact the insurance company with a statement that you are included in the OSAGO insurance policy.

If you want to acquire full rights to the car, contact a notary together with your husband. Get a dedication to his part of the car. When registering, you will need a passport of a technical device, civil passports.

With the donation received, appear with your husband at the registration body of the traffic police, go through the procedure for re-registering the car, for this you must fill out the corresponding application form. Pay the state duty for car re-registration. As a result of re-registration, state numbers are saved, and the data of the new owner, that is, you, is recorded in the vehicle's passport.

Contact a car dealer. Draw up a car purchase agreement. Many commission car dealerships provide such services, they are provided within the framework of the current legislation.

With a certificate-account, vehicle passport, civil passports, go to the registering body of the traffic police. Fill out an application for re-registration in connection with the purchase and sale of a car. Go through the technical inspection procedure. Pay the state duty for car re-registration. In case of purchase and sale, state numbers are replaced with new ones.
