Prepare the plate. Cut it along the contour of the box or engine, depending on which part has a larger diameter. After that, you can cut the middle of the plate. Look at the center bushings or pins that are found on the engine and gearbox. Select the unit on which you can drill through the center holes.

Step 4

For the selected unit, drill holes for the mounting bolts. But do not drill center holes. Drill out the caps in the bolt holes. It is best to choose the socket head bolts. Potai can be made with a smaller diameter. The design will be much more rigid.

Step 5

Mount the manufactured device to the unit. Be sure to check if the plate fits snugly against the unit. Put on the second unit through the centering and fasten it all together.

Step 6

Drill thread holes through the bolt holes in the second unit. Cut the threads. It is best if the holes fall into the body of the opposite unit. In this case, you need to drill a hole and cut a thread in the body. You need to make a hole in the plate for the diameter of the bolt.

After the threads are ready and the bolts are tightened, you can drill the center holes.
