Cut the material, leaving at least 8-10 cm for allowances and taking into account all technological notches, grooves, protruding parts on the element to be glued.
Step 5
Spray the adhesive no more than 20 cm from the surface. Make sure there are no smudges. Apply the previously straightened material to the treated surface, as if dressing it, expel air bubbles with your palm. Do not pull on the material.
Step 6
Fill in the allowances and fasten the carpet to the part using staples or office clamps until completely dry. Thanks to the fitting of the interior with the carpet, your car will acquire additional presentability and originality. After covering the interior with such material as Carpet, the level of sound insulation in the interior will increase. The vibrations generated by the loudspeaker are smoothed out.
Step 7
Also, the carpet will help keep the warmth inside the cabin.
