Approach your car in the parking lot, but it does not want to open the alarm from the key fob - this is a sure sign of a dead battery. The reason for this unfortunate incident could be the parking lights, dipped beam headlights, fog lights, a radio tape recorder, or just the entire light bulb in the cabin, which remained turned on at night.
Necessary
- Several volunteers, a second serviceable car, a tow rope, wires for "lighting".
- Open-end wrenches for 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, flat screwdriver, possibly a knife.

Step 1
You're in luck if you have a manual transmission. Several volunteers who want to leave with you or simply sympathize with your grief will help you to start the car from the "pusher". To do this, the car must be rolled out onto a straight section of the yard or parking lot, turn on the ignition, first or second gear, accelerate the car with the clutch pedal depressed and release it abruptly. If the engine is working properly, the car will start.
Step 2
A more effective way to start the car from the "pusher" is to resort to the help of a second car, which in tow will accelerate yours. Place the car one behind the other and attach the towing cable, with this method of winding it is better to engage the third gear, when the speed reaches 40-50 km / h, release the clutch. When the engine starts, depress the clutch, engage "neutral" and give a signal to the towing vehicle.
Step 3
If there is no room for maneuver or if you have an automatic transmission, such a method as a "cigarette lighter" will help you. It also requires a working car. Cars are exposed by the hood to each other, the car batteries are connected by wires for "lighting" according to polarity. First of all, they start a car with a working battery and let it run for five minutes, after which you can start the car with a dead battery in normal mode. After a successful start, disconnect the wires from the machines.
