The resonator is an indispensable part in a car. It is the resonator that allows additional blowing of the combustion chamber without damaging the engine power. Craftsmen put such details on their own, some even do it with their own hands.
Instructions
Step 1
First, take a sheet of steel and mark out the contours of the plane of the pipe on it. Mark out two opposite circuits and be sure to add allowances at the inlet and outlet ends to connect the pump and regulator. Cut out the outlines, peel back 5-6 mm projections around the entire perimeter, except for the inlet and outlet ends. Weld the two halves together using the seams along these ridges.
Step 2
Connect the pressure regulator and drain (large copper tap). Connect the water pump. Open the tap and start pumping water inside, expelling all the air. When all the air has gone out, close the tap and continue to pump water inward until the pipe expands, expanding in volume.
Step 3
Bring the pipe to the desired condition, warming up any creases or dents that have formed and continue pumping water inward, gently tapping with a copper mallet as needed. Do this until all the wrinkles are gone. All is ready.
