It is this factor in the case of frame brushes that affects the degree of pressing of the brush to the glass.

When buying brushes, pay attention to the quality of the material itself from which the product is made. Do not lose sight of the state of the materials used in the product. So make sure you have silicone in the gum used for the base of the brush. The absence of this component affects the preservation of such properties as elasticity. Silicone rubber brushes are much more resistant to dripping oil.

Do not buy brushes that are made entirely of silicone. Sand falling on the glass will gradually settle on such brushes, and subsequently damage the windshield, periodically scratching it.
