Step 1

Insert the O-rings into the grooves on both sides of the bracket. After that, put the adjusting washers on the rollers and insert the rods into the wiper bracket. Next, slide the retaining rings onto the rollers of the wiper mechanism.

Step 2

Insert the armature into the wiper motor housing. Then push the gearbox housing with the brush holder into the motor housing. Then put on the fixing screws and tighten them.

Step 3

Switch your focus to the gearbox: insert the gearbox gear, and then slide on the gearbox plate and cover. Then screw in the three fastening screws, put on the gearbox shaft, which is fixed with an adjusting washer. And slide the retaining ring onto the gearbox shaft.

Step 4

Attach the engine to the bracket. Then connect the wires from the thermo-bimetallic fuse to the electric motor and fix their connection with the two fastening screws.

Step 5

Put the crank on the gearbox shaft and fix it with the fastening nut. The wiper is assembled. Now is the time to start installing the wiper.

Step 6

Installing a wiper is a simple matter. The main thing here is to adhere to the basic rules. First of all, pay attention to the fact that when installing the armature, a thrust ball must be installed in the housing recess.

Step 7

Lubricate the gear wheel and the worm of the motor shaft with grease. Also lubricate the rollers with grease. Install the crank parallel to the short link (it should be directed towards the electric motor).
