Step 5
Get a technical passport for a homemade tractor, as well as a license plate. Remember, these documents can be obtained only if your invention fully complies with all technical standards established by the state, as well as environmental and traffic safety requirements. The tractor must be approved by the commission for use on public roads.
Step 6
You should be aware that if a hand-made tractor is not approved by the commission and is not allowed to enter the public road, or you do not have time for such registration and, accordingly, obtaining a registration certificate and state number, you can transport a homemade vehicle on any registered trailer and used for its intended purpose directly off highways and public roads.
