Homemade tractors can now be equipped with tank engines. The Gostekhnadzor canceled the restriction on the permissible power, and from home-made agricultural machinery, only the fulfillment of environmental requirements, safety for those around the tractor itself and its safety for road traffic are required. But a prerequisite for the creators of home-made tractors remained their mandatory registration with the State Technical Supervision Inspectorate.
It is necessary
- - passport or identity card with the obligatory indication of your age (minimum age - 18 years);
- - a document or certificate certifying your permanent or temporary residence;
- - originals or copies of sales receipts, invoices and receipts for all units and individual units purchased by you that were used to create your tractor.
Instructions
Step 1
All of the above documents and financial documentation, together with an application for registration of your homemade tractor, submit to the State Technical Supervision Inspectorate assigned to your territory.
Step 2
Prepare and submit your tractor to the responsible commission - with the inspector of Gostekhnadzor at the head, for carrying out a technical inspection and drawing up an act of this technical inspection in the prescribed form.
Step 3
If your tractor meets all the technical standards of structures of this class and meets the requirements of ecology, traffic safety on public roads and operational safety, you will be given a technical passport and a license plate for your homemade tractor.
Step 4
If you do not have time, desire, or something else bothers you, instead of registering your home-made agricultural machine with the Gostekhnadzor inspection, make a special device for driving your tractor into the trailer. In this case, you will be able to transport it (the tractor) on public roads to the place where you are going to use. And no one in this situation will require you to present a registration certificate or license plate.
