Many young people dream of getting a license at the age of eighteen. Under Russian law, a citizen can learn to drive before reaching the age of majority. But you can take exams at the traffic police only after eighteen years. Step 1
In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Defense, military commissariats can voluntarily send persons of draft age to driving schools, on preferential terms. The term of study in such institutions is from three to six months, at the end of the courses a final exam is passed, and the young man receives two categories B and C.
Step 2
In order to receive such a referral, at the age of 16 you must register with the local branch of the military registration and enlistment office or recruiting office. A personal folder is drawn up for a teenager and a registered certificate is issued.
Step 3
When you turn 17, you must write an application for referral to a driving school, addressed to the head of the recruiting office. If the candidacy is approved, then you will be invited to the medical commission.
Step 4
This commission is aimed primarily at determining your fitness for service in the armed forces. If the candidate has grounds for a delay in health, then the path to the driving school from the military registration and enlistment office is closed.
Step 5
After confirmation of suitability, you receive a referral with which you go to the head of the educational institution. Basically, training of future drivers is carried out on the basis of subordinate schools - DOSAF or ROSTO.
Step 6
The courses cannot be called completely free, you still have to spend some of the money. If, for example, in the civilian auto academy the course costs 25 thousand rubles, then in the direction from the military registration and enlistment office you will pay only 6-10 thousand.
Step 7
In addition to the rules of the road, such institutions study the structure of the engine, as well as how to repair it. When the distribution in the military registration and enlistment office takes place, those who have driver's licenses are sent to serve as drivers. Therefore, practical and theoretical engine repair is very important.
