Instructions

Step 1

To sell a car, use services such as www.avito.ru, www.irr.ru, www.auto.yandex.ru, www.auto.ru. Register there and compose your ad. Indicate in it the year of manufacture of the car, mileage, condition, engine type, etc. Leave your contact information - phone number and email address. Upload photos

Step 2

Submit ads to magazines for the sale and purchase of cars. This is a fairly popular way to find buyers. Prepare and compose the text of the message in the same way as for the Internet.

Step 3

Go to a vehicle dealership. They are happy to buy used cars. Of course, the price will be lower due to the fact that the organization leaves a "fork" for its percentage. But on the other hand, you do not need to look for buyers on your own and the money can be received immediately, on the day of the transaction.

Step 4

Prepare the following documents before selling:

- car registration certificate;

- vehicle passport (PTS), which contains information about the car and all its owners;

- a power of attorney certified by a notary. It is needed if you are not the owner of the "iron horse", but only represent his interests. It must state that you have the right to perform registration actions in his place, drawn up in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation (No. 488 dated June 04, 2007). Bring the original and a copy;

- passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or an identity card of an officer (warrant officer, warrant officer) with a F7 certificate;

- a receipt for payment of the state duty, which is charged when the car is removed from the register.

You do not need to draw up and present an invoice certificate. They have no right to demand it.

Step 5

Together with the set of documents and the buyer, go to one of the organizations that provide services for the preparation of contracts for the purchase and sale of cars. Their list can be found in the nearest traffic police department. The cost of registering a transaction is from 700 to 1700 rubles.
