Instructions
Step 1
The engine crankshaft is installed according to the marks located on the crankshaft pulley and front cover, at top dead center (TDC), on the compression stroke of the first cylinder. The protective plastic cover of the timing belt is dismantled, the camshaft drive belt is removed, the camshaft drive gear is removed, the rear cover mount is released, which is also dismantled.
Step 2
After performing the above steps, the motor deviates to the side and the pump is removed from the engine.
Step 3
Installing a new water pump is carried out in reverse order.
