Step 1
To obtain a license, you must first obtain admission to the traffic police examinations and successfully pass the tests. In order to be admitted to the exams, you need to undergo preliminary training in an organization that has a license for this type of training (most often these are the so-called driving schools). Remember that self-preparation for the rights of categories "A" and "B" is still allowed, but they promise to cancel it soon. If you have the opportunity to find a good driver from among your friends who would take up your training, then you can prepare for the exams on your own. This will save you a significant amount of money. After completing the internal training, you will be asked to take an exam and will be issued a corresponding document. After that, you have to pass an exam at the traffic police.
Step 2
The traffic police exam includes three components. You will be asked to pass the theoretical part, which is presented in the form of a test of 20 questions. No more than two mistakes are allowed. After passing the theory, you are examined on the site. It will be necessary to move from the place to the rise, successfully complete the U-turn in three steps and demonstrate the parallel parking to the inspector. The next and most difficult stage is movement within the city. Together with the inspector - the examiner, you will be asked to drive a certain route, observing the traffic rules. If you successfully pass all three parts of the exam, it will be considered passed and you will be issued a driver's license.
Step 3
To obtain a driver's license, you will need to prepare in advance and submit to the traffic police a package of the following documents: civil passport, old driver's card (if issued earlier), medical certificate, document on successful completion of training (if you prepared yourself, then it is not required), receipt of payment fees.
