The QX80 is still a big-money-but-even-bigger proposition, especially now with discounts on it. This is over the volume and over the ability: a fusion of dynamics, prestige and cross-country ability. Heavy alloy. Alas, the Infiniti flagship also has an appetite with the "over" prefix …
There is a wooden insert on the steering wheel, but hands hold on to the tenacious leather. The distance between the front seats is huge, the landing is high. The changes are not visible, they are technical: the QX80 now brakes itself in the event of a collision, even when reversing.
Legroom in the second row in the QX60 is no less, and the seats move longitudinally, but the QX80 is noticeably wider, and the seats are not so low - plus on a long journey. Even behind the unfolded third row of seats, there is still room for luggage.
The aforementioned QX60 is a five-meter seven-seater crossover, which is equipped with a petrol V6 (3.5 liters, 262 hp) or a hybrid (compressor "four" 2.5 + electric motor, 250 hp). It is inferior to the QX80 in cross-country ability, but surpasses it in the transformation of the cabin.
Interior - 9, 0
Despite some flaws (a million buttons and an imperfect media system interface), the interior deserves a high mark. In any color, it gives the impression of luxury and technical excellence. For an SUV of this class, this suits even more European restraint.
Passengers - 8, 5
Passengers (although you rarely see them in the QX80) have nothing to complain about: climate, multimedia, cup holders, spaciousness … In the QX60, the possibilities of transforming the cabin are even wider, but the QX80 offers an electric folding rear seat and the ability to order separate second-row seats.
