Step 1
Choose studded tires certified for use on Russian roads only. Pay special attention to the correspondence of the chosen "studding" to your make and model of car. Studded rubber has such parameters as rigidity, the material from which the studs are made, the size of the studs. You must be sure that the car, “shod” in studded tires, will behave on the road adequately to your driving.
Step 2
Replace the tires by “ripping” the summer tires. In a chamber wheel, this is done using two mounting rails. Insert the rail into the gap between the tire and the rim of the wheel and squeeze the rubber in the direction of removing the tire from the rim. Fix the rail. Insert the second rail into the edge of the wrung out tire. Repeat spinning as with the first rack. Then remove the tire from the wheel rim.
Step 3
The next step is to mount the studded tire. To do this, put one edge on the rim, using the mounting rails, squeeze the other edge so that the tire is completely dressed on the rim.
Step 4
When installing and dismantling studded rubber, to facilitate the process, it is worthwhile to slightly heat the rubber. To do this, heat the inner edges of the rubber with a blowtorch. Do this neatly and evenly so as not to deform the surface when exposed to high temperatures.
