And if a car, for example, from a region, is parked in a parking lot for disabled people in Moscow, there is no way to check it, since there is no general registration base. Now they plan to make the sign "disabled" personalized. The individual number of the owner will be printed on the sticker. And you will have to receive such signs in institutions of medical and social expertise.
