To do this, you need to pay for a receipt for the issuance of temporary rights, then submit an application to the traffic police at the place of registration with a request to issue temporary rights due to the fact that the permanent certificate has been lost.

After that, you spend a month waiting, because it is possible to restore a driver's license on the basis of the law only after a month. This period is given for a possible return of the certificate.

During this time, it will be advisable to prepare a color photo that will be needed for a new ID.

After this period has passed, the traffic police department will write you receipts for payment of the state duty for the issuance of a new license.

After payment according to the receipts, you submit to the traffic police department an application for the restoration of the document, an explanatory document after the loss, a temporary certificate, a passport (or other identity document, and in which there is a mark of registration at the place of residence), a color photo 3x4 cm in size, paid receipts, a certificate of passing the medical commission.
Step 7
After submitting all the necessary documents for verification, check with the inspector the date and time of issue of the new certificate.
